business on your own or outsourcing it to an agency to develop it for you,

the home buyer's & seller's needs. Be aware that an elegant site generates
quality leads & saves your time answering repeated queries.

- A search button, where users could search for the properties by typing in the area name or locality.

user-provided information like whether the buyer is looking for sale or

map with individual pins is shown on every listed building location,
when a user clicks on the pin respective details are opened.

displayed sides by side. It is recommended to use Map view & Combination
view when you have more than 100 listings to show.
3. Property Details Page
This page will show all the details about the property. It could have a
minimum of these records to display.

aspects to better serve the clients.

a mortgage calculator to show monthly payments & insurance details.
-
Virtual tour of the property - a better quality video will be good.
-

the date & time of customer and agent convenience.
-
A simple form to collect the property information from interested
sellers, who wish to list with you.
The odds of converting web visitors to home buyers will increase if the site
looks & works well on all of the devices customers use (so responsive design is
a must) along with fast loading time and user-friendly & graceful design.
It's quite a list of things to consider before developing a realty website and
if it makes your head spin, don't worry much & hand over your website design,
development, hosting, maintenance to us, so you could get more time to work on
your core business.
